We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day and the standard delivery time is 1-3 business days for Delhi-NCR or 2-4 business days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 3-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints. (Business days exclude National Holidays and Sundays). The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders history and you are most likely to receive it within that timeline. We request you to contact us past the above timeline given to you based on your location. Please note that Nutristar is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as recipient was unavailable or un-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions and so on.

If the order or the item(s) in your order are not dispatched, cancellation is possible. You can directly cancel an order that has been recently placed by navigating to My Account > My Orders. Click ‘Cancel’ for the order(s) you wish to cancel. You will be notified about the status within 30mins. For prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 24-48 business hours, or as per your respective bank timelines. In case of prepaid orders, If the order is in transit then it's not possible to cancel it and if it is rejected at the time of delivery, then we will refund you once the product reaches back to our warehouse. Please create a ticket in My Account > Support for any help in this regard.

To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and product packaging should be intact as you received.
